Images of available Star Wars models for your 3D rendering. Note that these are not downloads but, where possible, download links will be on the pages. Some are hi-res characters and clothing for G8 and G3 models, some are simple objects such as vehicles. I'm hoping this will be a fairly exhaustive look at both free and premium models available for Star Wars fans.

As I mentioned in a recent journal, here is a little something for my devWatchers to sink their teeth into. It's nothing fancy and certainly not my best work. The primary goal when making this render a while back was to test out a new method for lekku. 0biwanken0bie recommended that I try this method and I'm very glad that I now have it in my arsenal, but the catch is that it will always require post work where the lekku meets the head. My question when making this render was simple. I wanted to know how much harder the post work would be if there was a very dynamic skin texture like being covered in water droplets. I'm not blown away, but I am pleased with what I managed to do in about an hour (render from start to finish).
The poses need work and the lighting isn't my best since I just slapped in a preset that I made a while back. This isn't a labor of love. I've been told though by several people that they'd like to see more of my work and not just wait a week or two for the really good stuff. So, here's another test render. You guys seem to like my test renders a lot anyways. I can't imagine why...
I'll also be uploading a few things here and there in my Scraps. Those won't be finished renders. They will be character concepts that I worked on here and there and maybe an ancient render or two that I never posted because I hated it before it was even done baking lol.
